Riverside, California (April 30, 2018) – According to a local news source, three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision in Riverside on Friday evening.

The accident occurred at about 9 p.m. in the area of Sycamore Canyon Boulevard and Quail Run Road.

Riverside Fire Department officers responding to the incident found two vehicles with major damage at the scene. The vehicles were blocking the intersection.

One woman was reportedly ejected from the vehicle after the collision. It was not immediately clear if the woman had been wearing a seatbelt.

The woman, believed to be in her 30s, was hospitalized with major injuries.

Two other people sustained major injuries and were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
