Property damaged and injuries reported following the DUI accident on Highway 121 and Circle Oaks Drive

NAPA, California (Aug. 16, 2016) – A crash between a motorcycle and two vehicles took place Monday evening at the intersection of Highway 121 and Circle Oaks Drive, according to a police report.

The accident took place at about 5:26 p.m. yesterday evening.  Reportedly, a white Ford Expedition struck the side of a mountain and skidded before smashing a railing. In total, 2 vehicles and a motorcycle were involved in the crash. The occupants of the Ford Expedition were helped out of the car by a passerby who stopped at the scene, the report said.

The occupants of the Ford expedition were reportedly drunk at the time of the accident.

Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help those injured in the accident. Luckily, no fatalities were reported. The vehicles were blocking the roadway and tow trucks were required to remove them.

The accident is under investigation by police to determine liability.
