Motorcycle Rider Found Down after Colliding with Two Vehicles on 680 Freeway

Walnut Creek, California (November 10, 2016) – A traffic collision between a motorcycle and two other vehicles was reported Wednesday evening on the southbound Interstate 680 Freeway near Main Street Exit ramp, according to a California Highway Patrol report.

The accident took place at about 5:39 p.m. yesterday evening and the rider went down in the first lane of the freeway after the crash.

Paramedics responded to the scene of the accident but the condition of the rider was not indicated in the CHP report.

The other two vehicles involved in the crash were only described as an SUV and a van. Tow trucks were dispatched to the scene to help in the clearing operation.

No further information regarding the accident was provided as the California Highway Patrol officials are still investigating the crash.
