Woman Dies in Westlake Fatal Crash After Car soars Off Freeway Overpass Onto Harbor (110) Freeway
Los Angeles, California (December 29, 2016) – According to a California Highway Patrol report, a 50-year-old woman died early Thursday morning after her vehicle flew off a freeway overpass and landed in the northbound lanes of the 110 Freeway in Westlake.
The fatal incident took place at about 3:58 a.m. this morning when a car fell off the Third Street overpass and crashed onto numerous cars on the Harbor (110) Freeway.
Reportedly, a 50-year-old woman was killed in the crash.
When the vehicle landed in the northbound lanes, it struck multiple cars and caused several collisions. It was not immediately clear if there were other injuries in the crash.
The incident remains under investigation.
