Girl, 12, Killed in Fresno Pedestrian Accident Identified as Mina Vang
Fresno, CA: Mina Vang Killed in Pedestrian Accident at East Butler and South Armstrong Avenues
Fresno, California (March 20, 2017) – A female pedestrian was died Monday morning when she was struck by a vehicle in Fresno, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The victim was identified as Mina Vang, 12, of Fresno.
The incident was reported to CHP officers at 6:33 a.m. at East Butler and South Armstrong Avenues.
Mina was found lying on the road with serious injuries. She was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center where she died.
The vehicle involved in the crash was described as a Toyota Tundra pickup truck. A tow truck was requested to the scene for the pickup.
Authorities are still investigating the matter to determine the cause.
