Houston, TX:  One Injured in Crash with Houston Department of Public Works Truck near Bush Intercontinental Airport

Houston, Texas (April 13, 2017) – One person was seriously injured Thursday morning a car crash near Bush Intercontinental Airport, according to a police report.

According to the report, a Houston Department of Public Works truck was filling a pothole on William Clayton Parkway when a pickup truck slammed into its back.

The driver of the pickup truck was taken to Ben Taub hospital with serious head injuries.

The name of the injured party and condition was not immediately available.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
