March Air Reserve Base, CA (December 30, 2016) – According to a California Highway Patrol report, five people were injured after two sedans collided head-on Thursday evening in March Air Reserve Base in Riverside County.

The head-on collision occurred at about 5:17 p.m. in the area of 6th Street and Meyer Drive.

The vehicles involved in the crash were described as a black 2005 Honda Accord and a silver 2016 Nissan Versa.  Both sedans sustained major front-end damage in the crash.

Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and reported that a total of five people were injured in the crash. Two of the five people were taken to Riverside County Medical Center for treatment.

No further information regarding the crash was provided. The incident remains under investigation by the police to determine the cause and liability.
