Man Killed in Santee Trolley versus Pedestrian Crash on Cuyamaca Street
Santee, California (February 11, 2017) – According to the San Diego Sheriff’s Department, a male pedestrian died Friday evening in a rail accident in Santee.
The pedestrian crash took place shortly before 6:30 p.m. when a trolley struck a pedestrian in the area of Cuyamaca Street and Mission Gorge Road.
The victim, whose name has not been released, was killed in the accident.
No passenger in the trolley was hurt in the incident. The trolley service in the area was put off until further notice.
