Houston, TX: One Killed After Wrecker and Dump Truck Collide on Homestead Drive

Houston, Texas (April 29, 2017) – A driver was killed early Saturday morning following a crash involving a wrecker and a dumpsters truck in northeast Houston, according to a police report.

The incident took place at about 3:45 a.m. on Homestead Road. Reportedly, the dump truck was traveling south on Homestead Road, when the wrecker came from behind the dumpster truck as it was making a wide turn into a business.

The truck struck the driver’s side of the wrecker killing the driver of the wrecker.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
