Lubbock, TX:  Couple Hospitalized After Two Vehicle Crash near 82nd and Milwaukee

Lubbock, Texas (April 28, 2017) – Two people were injured Thursday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash that caused one of the vehicles to overturn in Lubbock, according to a report.

The incident took place near 82nd Street and Milwaukee Avenue on Thursday, April 27.

According to the report, a man and a woman in SUV turned left into the Whataburger parking lot. The driver did not see a pickup truck driving toward them.

The truck driver was unable to stop in time and slammed into the passenger side of the couple’s car.

The impact of the crash caused the SUV to overturn and landed on its roof.

The couple was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The accident remains under investigation.
