Rider Seriously Injured in Crash on 680 Freeway at Sheridan Road in Sunol
Sunol, California (April 25, 2018) – A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries following a collision with a blue sedan Tuesday afternoon in Sunol, according to a news release from California Highway Patrol.
The incident took place at around 4 p.m. on the northbound 680 Freeway at Sheridan Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the motorcyclist was splitting the lane when the collision occurred.
The CHP said the rider sustained major injuries in the accident.
No other injuries were reported. An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
