March 17th, 2016.

A construction worker, name not released, on only his 2nd day on the job, fell to his death at about noon.

The LA Fire Department quickly arrived on the scene. The LA firefighters immediately pronounced him dead on the scene, after his body landed on a moving car, headed down Wilshire Boulevard.

Police and state workplace officials promptly declared that his dead was not work-related, they went onto explain that their definition of work-related meant, performing tasks or functions related to his job. Meaning that he was not at the moment doing a task involved with his job when he fell.

The person driving the car the man fell onto was taken to a hospital and examined. Witnesses claim that the body landed on the back end of her car. LA Police Department Sergeant, Barry Montgomery, reassures she is doing fine.

Turner Construction Co. promptly released a statement, sending his thoughts out to the family of the construction worker, and pledging that they stand by their current employees in this time of great sadness.

They then proceeded to relieve themselves of any fault. Stating that confirmation has come from CalOSHA and the La Police Department that the worked fell from the site from a non work-related accident.
