Rider Patricio Navarro Collide With Truck, Hit By Another Car on Fulton Road and Francisco Avenue

Cyclist Patricio Navarro, 52, Critically Injured in Santa Rosa Fulton Road Crash
Santa Rosa, California (January 18, 2017) – A 52-year-old Fulton man was seriously injured Tuesday evening after his bicycle collided with a pickup truck in Santa Rosa, according the Press-Enterprise.
The accident took place at about at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Fulton Road and Francisco Avenue intersection.
The cyclist, identified as Patricio Navarro, reportedly made a wide turn from westbound Francisco Avenue onto Fulton Rd. and collided with a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck driven by 43-year-old Maria Sierra of Healdsburg.
The rider was knocked from the bike onto the truck’s windshield and as he fell from the pickup, he was struck by a Toyota Prius driven by Josiah Ham, 34, of Santa Rosa.
Patricio was rushed to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries. As of Monday morning, Patricio remained in critical condition.
The California Highway Patrol determined that Patricio was driving while intoxicated.
