Highway 49 Two-Vehicle Accident Leaves Two With Injuries
Mariposa, CA: Two cars Collide Highway 49 and Darrah Road, Two Injured
Mariposa, California (December 20, 2016) – According to a police report, injuries were reported Monday afternoon following a two-vehicle rollover crash in Mariposa.
The collision occurred at about 5:28 p.m. between a small Kia sedan and an SUV at the intersection of Darrah Road and Highway 49.
According to the report, one of the vehicles rolled over onto its roof after the crash. Fire personnel responded to the scene and found two people injured. One of the vehicles was partially blocking the roadway causing traffic hazard while the other was on the right shoulder of the highway.
Paramedic responded to the scene and attended to the injured parties.
