National City, California (February 16, 2017) – One person was injured after a vehicle crashed into a South Bay 7-Eleven store in National City, according to a local news source.

The incident occurred sometime before 11.00 a.m. on North Highland Avenue.

According to the article, a female teenage student was driving when she lost control of her vehicle. Reportedly, the vehicle veered off the road and crashed into a floor-to-ceiling front window. At the 7-Eleven store in the 100 block of North Highland Drive.

The clerk suffered eye trauma possibly from flying broken glass and was taken to hospital for proper medical attention.
