Temple, Texas (May 4, 2017) – A couple was killed Tuesday after following a two vehicle traffic collision at an intersection in Temple, according to a police report.
The victims were identified as Jeffrey Smith, 59, and his wife Shirley Smith, 61.
As per the report, a dump truck and a vehicle were involved in the accident. The dump truck was traveling south on Highway 95 and the vehicle was eastbound one Highway 36.
The couple, who were the only occupants of the car, was killed in the accident. The driver of the dump truck was the only occupant of the truck. There was no report on their condition.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
