Dallas, TX:  Police Officer Injured in Two-Car Crash Miller Road and Plano Road

Dallas, Texas (May 11, 2017) – A Dallas police officer was injured Wednesday night after his car collided with another in Dallas, according to a police report.:

The incident took place at about 8:26 p.m. Wednesday, May 10 at the intersection of Miller Road and Plano Road.

According to a report, an officer was making a left turn from Miller Road to Plano Road when a 19-year-old man driving a sedan crashed into his squad car.

The office was taken to Medical Center Dallas Hospital with minor Injuries.

As per the report, the injuries were due to airbags deployed in the officer’s car.

The driver of the sedan was treated at the crash scene and released.

The incident remains under investigation.
