Rockwall, TX:  One Killed in Fate 6-Vehicle Crash on I-30 at Mile Marker 75

Rockwall, Texas (April 21, 2017) –  One person was killed and two others were injured following a crash involving four cars and two 18-wheelers in the city of Fate, Rockwall County on Tuesday, April 18, according to a police report.

According to a report, the incident took place in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 30 near mile marker 75.

The police confirmed that at least one driver was killed in the massive wreck. Two other people per taken to a hospital with undisclosed injuries.

According to a report, the driver an 18-wheeler failed to stop in time and rear-ended a passenger vehicle, causing a chain-reaction. A total of six vehicles – four cars and two semi-trucks – were involved in the wreck.

The name of the deceased was not immediately released pending notification of next of kin.

The deadly incident remains under investigation.
