San Antonio, TX: SAPD Officer Injured in NE Side 2-Car Crash

San Antonio, Texas (April 12, 2017) – According to a police report, a San Antonio Police Department officer was taken to a hospital after sustaining injuries in a two-car crash in San Antonio Saturday Afternoon.

The accident occurred near the intersection of Walzem and Eisenhauer Roads in NE Side just after 2 p.m. Saturday, April 8.

According to the report, the officer’s sport utility vehicle collided with another car leaving the car badly damaged. The officer was taken to Northeast Baptist Hospital with minor injuries.

The driver of the other car was uninjured. The report did not indicate which driver was at fault.

The incident remains under investigation.
