Rhonda Cagle Killed in Highway 67 Car Crash in Cleburne

Cleburne, Texas (May 2, 2017) – According to a DPS report, a 63-year-old woman died Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash that left four teenagers injured in Cleburne, Johnson County.

The deadly incident took place at about 8:00 a.m. Monday, May 1 on Highway 67 at County Road 1119 split.

According to the report, Rhonda Cagle was driving her red Kia northeast on Highway 67 when a silver Kia, driven by Hunter White, 17, crashed head-on into the red Kia.

Cagle was taken to John Peter Smith Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Hunter White had three teen passenger in the vehicle at the time of the accident. All four teens in were flown to John Peter Smith hospital. A 15-year-old male and a 16-year-old female were listed in critical condition.  Brandon Bell, 18, was listed in serious condition. There was no information on the condition of Hunter White.
